FAQ

Questions, answered

Who is the Workation for?

Remote workers aged roughly 20–50 — engineers, designers, founders, and creators — who want to live in Osaka rather than just pass through. Most of our community works in English.

What does the ticket include?

Accommodation, daytime coworking access, community and cultural experiences (miso-making, calligraphy, nabe nights), Kansai day trips, and the opening and closing dinners. Flights and personal expenses are not included.

When exactly is the November 2026 Workation?

It runs for 14 days across the first two weeks of November 2026. Exact dates are confirmed to participants on the waitlist first.

Do I need to speak Japanese?

Not at all. The community runs in English, and our local team helps you navigate everything from SIM cards to the best okonomiyaki.
