Privacy Policy

Ucrew (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") sets forth this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the "Osaka Workation" service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Organization.

Article 1 (Personal Information Collected)

The Organization may collect the following personal information in providing the Service:

  • Account Registration & Sign-In: Name, email address, password, and account identifiers (including linked social login information).
  • Ticket Purchase & Payment: Credit card information (processed and managed through third-party payment gateways; not stored on our servers), billing address, and phone number.
  • Event Participation & Service Use: Participation history, logs and posts within the community, and inquiry contents.
  • Access Information: IP addresses, Cookie information, device identifiers, and browser information.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

The Organization uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide the Service, issue and manage tickets, and perform identity verification and authentication.
  • To manage events during the workation period and verify usage at facilities such as coworking spaces.
  • To process ticket purchases and payments, and handle any related issues or troubleshooting.
  • To send important notices, terms updates, and respond to user inquiries.
  • To provide information regarding new plans, related events, and promotional materials (such as newsletters).
  • To improve the Service, develop new features, and analyze usage patterns (including creating anonymized statistical data).

Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Organization will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent from the user, except as permitted by laws and regulations. However, the following cases are exceptions:

  • Outsourcing: When all or part of the handling of personal information is outsourced to external service providers (e.g., payment processors, system providers, venue operators) within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
  • Co-hosted Events: When managing events jointly with co-hosting partner companies or organizations after explicitly notifying the users in advance.

Article 4 (Security Control Measures)

The Organization takes necessary and appropriate measures, such as implementing security controls and limiting access privileges, to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to ensure its secure management.

Article 5 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information)

Users may request the Organization to disclose, correct, add to, delete, stop using, or erase their personal information. If you wish to make such a request, please contact the inquiry desk specified in Article 7.

Article 6 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

The Organization may revise this Policy due to changes in laws, regulations, or service details. The revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
